Facts & Data

The West Cecil Health Center began as a grassroots movement by members of our community Conowingo Lions Club. Their belief that our neighbors in Cecil County, Harford County and southern Pennsylvania deserve access to comprehensive health care without traveling great distances drew support from the Cecil County Health Department, Union Hospital and Delegate Dave Rudolph.
